Tron: Uprising is so good.
I happened upon this video via Motionographer today. Chris Casady put up a video of a bunch of work he did on the original Tron from 1982 and I think it’s really cool to watch if you’re a fan of the movie and interested in seeing how they made it burn through your eyeballs. Eagle-eyed viewers might be able to spot Pac-Man’s appearance on the giant computer screen.
So if you’re a Tron fan and haven’t purchased this book you really should fix that. I’ve been wanting it and used my research topic as an excuse to finally get it. I kept reading sections that had nothing to do with what I needed to be reading on. It’s a really great organized book of the movie’s creation start to finish. You’ll recognize bit of the information from the “Making of Tron” special, but it has a lot more additional information though.
I’m really excited to have it, and if you’re a fan you should snag it too.The Making of Tron: How Tron Changed Visual Effects and Disney Forever
I need this in my collection.
